We are two dreamers who believe in a better world. We believe that education (learning) develops people and is about inner desire and motivation, each finding their own path.We help people on their journey and create an environment where education happens naturally, as everyone needs it. We believe that individual needs matter, that every individual is an amazing being born to fulfill their unique potential. We strive to transform the educational system so that everyone can find themselves, their inner strength, and potential within it.We have over 20 years of experience in the higher education system, including the last 10 years of applying principles from the Finnish education system Tiimiakatemia®. Together, we have been involved in the establishment of two units (in Prague and Karviná) and are working on more. We believe it is meaningful.We have created supportive educational tools that can foster the development of communication skills, collaboration, and decision-making. We collaborate with psychologists and add unique insights to development programs for employees.We are team and personal coaches, and we will help you find your personal and team visions that will drive you in the life you desire for yourself or your team.
