We, "BAMATEC GmbH Sömmerda", are a medium-sized company based in Sömmerda, Thuringia. We produce high-quality banding machines "Made in Germany" and specialize in sales and technical expertise. Ongoing quality controls guarantee consistently high quality.We manufacture automatic banding machines for banding/strapping banknotes. Our machines are also suitable for use in the food industry, for example for banding agricultural products. Thanks to the high level of flexibility, the product bundles or stacks can be individually strapped with a loop on the larger models. Individual settings are easily possible thanks to adjustable band tension, adjustable loop length and width-adjustable band supports. We attach great importance to the implementation of special functions and customer requests, such as an integrated stamp device for printing on the loops (model BAMA 200 ST) or a combination Banding machine and mobile base frame. As shown on the BAMA 200 ZS machine, it can even be used for “endless bands” up to 800 m long. We also produce all consumables and packaging materials ourselves and offer comprehensive service for our machines as well as all spare and wear parts.
