EX ART. 2506-BIS C.C., Pes srl has created 2 operating companies, Progeco NeXT srl (www.progeconext.com) and Pes Engineering SrlPES srl was up to 31.12.2020 organized in 2 macro operational divisions: Engineering, more focused on multidisciplinary engineering activities Oil & Gas / petrochemical and Service, focused on project service, engineering from renewable sources, Inspection & Expediting, Rectruiting, specialized training and Operation & Maintenance of industrial plants.We hereby therefore want to highlight that the Service division of PES srl has merged into PROGECO NeXT srl (Progeco NeXT | LinkedIn), bringing with it all the human resources, experience, means and know-how of the current Service division of PES srl, while the engineering division has merged with the same procedures in the new company called PES Engineering srl.The Linkedin page of Pes srl will be closed shortly
