ECC Belgium is part of the European Network ECC-Net, an initative from the European Commission. Together with our colleagues from all countries of the European Union, Iceland, Norway and the UK, we help European consumers with their cross border consumer problem. An issue with on online purchase in the Netherlands, a problem with a flight executed by a Spanish airline, or discussions with a Polish car rental company ... Growing confidence of consumers in the European market. The project is co-funded by the European Union.
